Easy 3-step VIP Design Day process
1.Discover
1. Discovery
The first step in the process is the discovery phase. This is when we first determine if a VIP Day will serve your needs. The easiest way to do that is to fill out my VIP Discovery Questionnaire. Once I receive it and it looks like VIP Day is right for you, I will schedule a discovery call so we can get right down to the nitty-gritty:
What goals you have for your day
Your expectations for deliverables
How I can best serve you to maximize your dedicated time with me
During this time we will create a priority list of items you would like to tackle and goals you’d like to achieve during your VIP Day experience. We will also outline the items you will need to prepare before your VIP Day begins.
2.Design Day
2. Design Day
VIP Design Days require you to be accessible. Because it is fast-paced and more often then not we are trying to achieve several goals, I will check in often for feedback and design approval, typically via text message and/phone conversations.
Based on our discovery conversation, we work together to check off items on your priority list
Because some items require preparation, it is vital that you complete your homework prior to your VIP Design Day. If I don’t have the product photos or copy for your landing page, it will impact how much we are able to complete during your VIP Design Day.
3.Deliver

Depending on your goals and the priorities we have set, you will receive deliverables at the end of the day. These may include:
- Branding (logos, colors, fonts, brand style guide)
- Editable social media graphics and templates in Canva
- Print collateral like brochures, business cards, flyers in print ready format (or editable in Canva)
- Landing and/or sales page for a product or service
- Marketing materials and/or swag design
You will provide approval for all items as we check them off your list, so at the end of the day, you will know exactly what you are getting.
Please note...
When booking a VIP Design Day, your investment is for my undivided attention to work on your priority list for a full 8-hour day. You are not paying for a specific guaranteed list of deliverables.
I try to be realistic about how much can be done in a day, and I will be upfront about it during our discovery and planning phase. However, I can’t always anticipate potential hiccups or unexpected delays in the process. My goal is to complete the items we have reasonably set forth as priorities. Often clients have a wish list of items that would be nice to accomplish, but may not get tackled during our VIP Design Day. So occasionally clients will want to book another half or full VIP Design Day in order to finish more items from their wish list that we couldn’t get to that day.

How much does VIP Design Day cost?
VIP Design Day is $599.00 USD, broken into two payments – an initial non-refundable installment of $199 to book, and final payment due 3 days prior to your VIP Design Day.
How do I book my VIP Design Day?
Once I receive your design questionnaire, I will follow up with a short phone call so we can touch base and I can be sure to answer any questions you may have. If you decide to proceed, I will send you a link where you can submit your initial installment payment, as well as a link to book your week in my schedule.
How do I know what information you need from me?
After you book your day, I will send you a detailed list of items I will need to complete your Design Day agenda as well as a google drive folder link where you can submit them. I am always available for guidance and suggestions if you get stuck or aren’t sure where (or how) to find images, or copy for print items, etc. I want this to be a smashing success, so always feel free to reach out.
Do I need to be available during my VIP Design Day?
You will need to be accessible during your VIP Design Day. It is a full day and I am working like a mad woman to knock all the items off your list, so it is imperative that I can reach you if I need to. I understand that there may be a delay in communication (you’re in a meeting, or picking up kids, etc.) – I get it. No worries. But in order to make sure you are happy with the outcome, I will need your feedback during the process.
Oh no!! My scheduled day isn't going to work. Can I reschedule?
Absolutely! I totally understand how things pop-up unexpectedly. Please give me 24-hours notice if possible and we can make arrangements for another day.
My Friend and I both have items we'd like you to tackle during my day - can you tackle both of our items?
I have no problem with clients pooling their time, however, depending on the nature of the items requested, and differences in design styles, we may not be able to complete as much as we would if it were just a single voice. We can all chat during your discovery call and see what I can do for you both!
