Ilu Women’s Empowerment Fund Website & Interactive tool-kit

The Ilu Women’s Empowerment Program is a collaborative effort between Pro Mujer and Deetken Impact that seeks to promote and further advance gender equality and gender smart business practices in Latin America and the Caribbean.

I was engaged to create the Fund website as well as the design and development of a dual-language interactive online program, funded in part by USAID. This toolkit is composed of a series of agenda items and excecutables that users can work-through and apply to their own business practices to further advance gender equality within their organizations.

In addition to accomplishing their goal of promoting and advancing gender equality and gender smart business practices in Latin America and the Caribbean, the fund has grown over $30 million dollars since the website launched.
